Development of assessment and forecasting techniques using fuzzy cognitive maps

Nowadays, no state in the world is able to work on creation and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) isolation from others. AI technologies are used solve general highly specialized tasks various spheres society. In process assessing (identifying) complex objects management analysis, there a high degree priori uncertainty regarding their small amount initial data describing them. At same time, despite huge information, non-linearity, illogicality noisy increasing. That why issue improving efficiency condition components an important issue. Thus, analysis were chosen as research object. The subject identification forecasting research, evaluation method was developed using fuzzy cognitive maps. features proposed are: ‒ taking into account about object while calculating correction factor; adding factor for noise result distortion information state; reduction computing costs multi-level interconnected description hierarchical objects; change its current genetic algorithm; possibility performing calculations with source that different nature units measurement. It advisable implement software, which analyze technical systems making decisions.
